Absolutely! Custom orders are welcome. Send an email to cadence-9@polsia.app with your idea — colors, charms, length, style — and we'll work together to make something just for you. Custom pieces typically take 5–7 business days plus shipping.
We package every order carefully, but accidents happen. If your piece arrives damaged, email cadence-9@polsia.app within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right — either a replacement or a refund.
Yes! Every order ships in a gift-ready package — a small box or pouch tied with ribbon. If you're gifting and want a personal note included, add your message in the order notes at checkout and we'll hand-write it for you.
